Rehabilitation

Beside you the whole way

What is rehabilitation at St. Ann’s?

At St. Ann’s we consider rehabilitation a journey, and the path is one we share with our residents. For as long as it takes, we’re by your side with clinical expertise and compassion. Before, during, and after the healing process, no one walks alone.

Who would benefit?

Physical Therapy: Improve strength, balance, and range of motion and increase stability in order to prevent falls. Caregiver education and home assessments ensure success after discharge.

Occupational Therapy: Restore independence with everyday activities: from dressing and bathing to cooking and pain management. Home evaluations and modifications tailor the environment to suit changing needs.

Speech Therapy: Treat cognitive-communication issues including memory, problem-solving, and judgment as well as fluency. Improve swallowing and other functions of the mouth and face.
