Hospice Care

Honor thy father and thy mother

Who would benefit from Hospice Care?

Hospice provides support for people who have been given a physician prognosis of six months or less to live. Curative measures, when no longer effective, can cause discomfort. Because a person’s last moments are among their most important, hospice focuses on quality of life:

  • Help your loved one live as comfortably as possible, throughout a serious illness
  • Provide medications, equipment, supplies, and care related to pain and symptom relief
  • Support you and your family by relieving the burdens of a serious illness

“Very pleased with how the St. Ann's staff treats my mom. She is 96 so I’m sure it’s not always easy. But they always treat her with respect and understanding. That’s what I appreciate the most. Her dignity.”
